Another option would be this Seventeam: I can tell you that is going to be significantly more expensive than the Zippy unit I linked to. Of all the above, I would go with Supermicro P4SBR / P4SBE.
The Zippy looks to be exactly what I need; it's also good to know that I won't have to end up getting a PSU that is drastically oversized for my system. I suppose I would have had no other options if I could Supermicro P4SBR / P4SBE find the proper connectors in a more appropriate size, but I'm glad I won't have to deal with that issue now.
