Kontron ePCI-101 Driver
A heat spreader provides identical thermal coupling -- not only for the processor on each ETX CPU board variant, but also for the entire system. This eliminates Kontron ePCI-101 need for mechanical redesigns when switching from one CPU board to another -- making ETX boards the only COM concept of their kind to offer true open scalability without mechanical alteration.
